The motivation for building this property was his love for nature, fitness, and swimming. Spread across an area of 7 acres of lush green landscapes, Mr. Bakshi’s passions dictate the design of the property. They work with the motto “Everything under one roof, The Blue Roof”. They have both indoor and outdoor spaces, and you can choose the perfect venue as per your requirement. These spaces entail:

The Blue Lawns: This outdoor venue has the capacity to accommodate 2000 guests in floating and 1000 guests in sitting, making it the perfect space for an outdoor grand wedding.

Green Lawns: The Green lawns has a floating capacity of 800 guests and a floating capacity of 450 guests, making it suitable for smaller wedding functions like Haldi, Mehendi and Sangeet.

Blue Bells AC Banquet Hall: This indoor venue has a floating capacity of 500 guests and a seating capacity of 225 guests, making it suitable for wedding receptions, cocktail parties and intimate weddings.

Patio: The Patio has a floating capacity of 200 guests and a seating capacity of 150 guests, making it ideal for your pre wedding functions.

AC Banquet Hall: This indoor venue has a floating capacity of 150 guests and a seating capacity of 100 guests, making it ideal for a small wedding amongst few friends and relatives.

AC Conference Hall: With a floating capacity of 150 guests and a seating capacity of 100 guests, this venue is suitable for hosting an intimate wedding lunch or dinner.
