Recently, the very famous Bollywood singer, Arjun Kanungo, tied the knot with the love of his life, Carla Dennis.
Arjun and Carla met for the first time in 2015 on the sets of Baaki Baatein Peene Baad. Carla was the lead model in the song. It was clearly love at first sight. Butterflies in the stomach feel is what exactly it was. In an interview, they said that they clicked instantly after meeting and formed a very special bond.
The couple dated for more than 7 years before getting hitched for life. Though Arjun once said in an interview that the relationship had to suffer a lot of ups and downs, when Arjun had to go to Japan in 2017 for some work, he asked Carla to come along, and guess what? That is when their love revived and they ended up falling in love all over again.
In November 2020, Arjun announced their official engagement on his social media handles with the caption- You are mine and I am yours forever. God has blessed me immensely and I am forever grateful! I'm marrying the man of my wildest dreams!
Finally, after dating for a straight 7 years, Arjun and Carla tied the knot on August 10, 2022. The wedding was an intimate affair where they exchanged their sacred vows with tears of happiness. Carla wore a matka silk Sabyasachi lehenga in the shade of red, and Arjun wore a sherwani customised by Anita Dongre. Carla wore jewellery by Tyaani, which is a brand by Karan Johar. The couple got married following the Hindu marriage traditions.
The tears in the eyes of Arjun and Carla on their wedding day portrayed their love for each other and showed that true love stories never have endings.
